How Our Network Works
Who you talk to
You talk to an independent provider. Zossk Septic is the middle step that gets you to the right one. We are not a crew, and we do not send anyone to your house ourselves.
Each provider in the network is their own business. They own their equipment, set their own prices, and decide which jobs they take.
What happens on the call
When you call or send a request, you will be matched with a provider who serves your area. Then the conversation is between you and them.
Expect a few simple questions:
- What are you seeing? Slow drains, odors, wet ground, or a backup?
- When did it start?
- Do you have a septic tank or a sewer line to the street?
- Is water coming up inside the house?
Have answers ready. Notes and photos of any wet ground help. Do not open the tank lid or dig to get them. Know your limits.
What to ask a provider
Good questions save you money and surprises. Try these:
- Are you licensed or permitted for this work where I live?
- What will the visit include, and what could change the price?
- Can I get the quote in writing before work starts?
- How soon can you come out? Timing varies, so ask directly.
- Will you explain what you find, in plain words?
- Can you help document damage for an insurance claim?
Costs depend on the job. Pumping, sewer repair, and drainfield repair can all land in very different ranges. A written quote keeps everyone honest.
You are in control
You can say yes, no, or "let me think." You can get a second quote. Nothing about reaching out to a provider locks you in. There is no obligation.
Ready to talk to a provider?
Tell us what is going on, and a provider can take it from there.
Or ask for a written quote at your own pace.
Tell us what happened
Tell Zossk Septic what your septic or sewer system is doing. We pass your details to a local provider in our network. No obligation.
