About Zossk Septic: A Referral Service, Not a Contractor

Who we are
Zossk Septic is a referral service. We help homeowners in Beavercreek and the Beavercreek area reach independent septic and sewer providers. That is the whole job.
We do not own trucks. We do not pump tanks. We do not dig up yards or fix pipes. Providers do the work, and each provider runs their own business.
Why this site exists
A septic or sewer problem is stressful. Drains gurgle. A wet spot shows up in the yard. Then you have to search for someone you can trust, often in a hurry. This site cuts that search down. You tell us what is happening, and we point you to a local provider who handles that kind of job.
Check, then call. That is the idea. We also explain what a handy homeowner can safely look at before the phone rings.
How providers are matched
We look at three things:
- Your location
- The type of job, such as septic tank pumping, sewer line repair, or drainfield repair
- Whether a provider in the network says they are taking work in your area
Then we connect you. Some providers can respond quickly. Others are booked for a few days. Availability varies, and we cannot control it.
What we expect from providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to be upfront about what they find and what the job will likely cost. We ask them to give a written quote before starting. We also expect them to follow local rules and carry whatever licenses or permits their area requires. Always ask the provider about this yourself.
What we do not do
- We do not do any pumping, digging, or repair work.
- We do not set provider prices.
- We do not promise a specific arrival time.
- We do not decide whether your insurance will pay. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
How we are paid
We want you to know this. Providers in our network may pay Zossk Septic when we send them a call or a request. You do not pay us to connect you. Your price is set by the provider you hire, and you should agree on it in writing before work starts.
You stay in charge
Talking to a provider does not lock you into anything. You can ask questions, compare quotes, and say no. There is no obligation.
